Suzanne Conroy is an executive recruiting professional with over 25 years of experience working in retained executive search serving global publicly traded and privately held organizations. She began her recruiting career working with Christian & Timbers, an award winning retained executive search firm. She’s gone on to serve privately held global consulting organizations as well as publicly traded corporations in senior executive recruiting and talent acquisition roles.

Suzanne holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) and HRCI Certification in Diversity and Inclusion in Human Resources Management as well as a Certificate in Achievement in Talent Sourcing from the Society of Human Resources Management.

She is an avid competitive sailor who has been fortunate to compete in national and international regattas racing one design sailboats throughout the United States. She is a former Division III college basketball player who lettered all four years during her collegiate career. A devoted pet lover, Suzanne currently has a crazy orange cat named Finn who makes her laugh every day.
