She is a strategic, service-driven professional with a diverse background spanning executive support, human resources, veterans’ services, and education. A veteran of nine years of military service, Kylie served as a Cryptologic Linguist and Career Counselor, developing the resilience, leadership, and adaptability that continue to shape her work.

Her approach is grounded in clarity, problem-solving, and people-first leadership. Kylie has supported veterans in crisis, managed HR operations for a family-owned construction firm, taught technical writing to adult learners, and led career transition programs for service members. With hands-on experience in talent acquisition, operations, and administrative oversight, she is committed to building efficient systems and fostering meaningful human connections. She holds a Master’s in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s in English, and is especially passionate about career development, inclusive hiring, and helping individuals navigate transition.
